FALL FAIR DETAILS

ADMISSION IS FREE!

WRISTBANDS: (for All-Access Games & Activities) are $10 each and give one person unlimited access to all games and attractions like arts & crafts, haunted house, and cupcake walk.

TICKETS: (for Food & Market) (1 ticket=$1) are sold in bundles of 10 tickets for $10 and are for food, drinks, bake sale, and community market.

FALL FAIR FAQ

How many tickets will I need?
Each person may want 10-15 tickets for a meal, a dessert, and a market item. So, a family of three may want 30-40 tickets. More tickets can always be purchased at the event.

• Meals are 6 to 10 tickets each (includes a main dish and a few sides!)

• Drinks are 3 tickets each

• Bake Sale items are 1 to 10 tickets each

• Community Market will have items that range from 1 to 20 tickets

Where will pre-purchased tickets and wristbands be picked up?

The Will Call booth at the Ticket Table on the day of the event—you don't have to bring your form for proof of purchase, just have an ID ready.

​Types of payment accepted at the event:

Cash, checks (made out to Creative Arts Charter School), and major credit cards

Can COSTUMES be worn?
YES! Family-friendly costumes, please! (no masks, no weapons, not too scary—remember the five-year-olds).

FALL FAIR HIGHLIGHTS

COMMUNITY MARKET: Buy unique items (with tickets or cash/credit cards) that have been hand-made by CACS community members and students

GAMES: Carnival games like Bean Bag Toss, Duck Pond, Putt Putt, Plinko, the Tingler, Balancing Battle, Cork Boat Racing, Corn Hole, and more

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES: Haunted House, Cupcake Walk, Skins & Skulls, Arts & Crafts stations like Body Art, Potion Making, Cork Boat Making, and more

FOOD/DRINKS: Use your tickets to purchase freshly-grilled picnic fare and lemonade

BAKE SALE: Use your tickets to purchase bake sale desserts

​PRIZES: Win "Dragon Bucks" and trade them in for a fabulous prize!
